The use of the domain name www.badabus.com has been duly registered by the company, with all the guarantees, as provided in Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce. Notwithstanding, it is evident that these Legal Terms are fully adapted to the current regulations regarding Data Protection, Electronic Commerce, Contracting Conditions, Intellectual Property, and the other subsidiary provisions.
